International Real Estate MBA Field Course: The Feiler Toronto Field-Trip 2026

A selected group of MBA students at the Coller School of Management will participate in a six-day field trip to the Toronto (Canada) real estate market in May 2026

The Alrov Institute for Real Estate Research, Galia and David Feiler, The Lowy International School, and Tel Aviv University Canada are happy to offer a unique learning experience including a field-trip to one of the hottest spots of the global real estate markets. In this course, students will have an opportunity to visit Canada’s most prominent real estate firms and meet and learn from their top management teams.

Meet and learn from top executives

 The six-day field-trip itinerary includes professional lectures, site tours, and business cases presented by firm founders, Chairmen, and CEOs in the areas of banking, brokerage, development, housing, office, retail, REIT, real estate law, pension funds and more. A series of class meetings in Israel precedes the trip to Toronto. Upon returning to Israel from the field-trip, students will be required to present and submit a project related to the tour-trip in Canada.

Target audience and eligibility

 The course is targeted to outstanding MBA, Sofaer, EMBA, and MSc students at the Coller School of Management with a strong interest and/or background in real estate. Tentative travel dates:

Arriving into Toronto by no later than May 2, 2025

and leaving Toronto no earlier than May 8, 2025
